In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged.

 

After we receive your item, it will be inspected and processed for your refund. The money will be returned through the same method of payment used during the purchase. If the product is damaged or you have initiated the return after 30 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Digital items may only be refunded within the first seven calendar days of purchase.
